Harris Interactive Poll Week 11: Boise State Squeaks Ahead of TCU
As in this afternoon’s Coaches’ Poll, the Boise State Broncos passed the TCU Horned Frogs in today’s Harris Interactive Poll.
The distance between the two teams is slight, just eight points or a .003 share of the vote, but the switch of position in both polls speaks volumes about what the teams’ opponents performance is doing to their BCS hopes.
Oregon remains the No. 1 team but loses a big chunk of support and sees Auburn slowly creep up behind them, which will put their No. 1 BCS ranking on shakier ground moving forward.
Oregon collects 65 first-place votes to Auburn’s 35, while Boise State receives 11 to TCU’s three.
